Hello all...Bridger had his first day of preschool today. As you can see he was quite excited. We all went today and spent 2 hours meeting the other families. He is anxious to have his first day alone on Wednesday. A bit more anxious than we are. He is likes his new friends and loves his teachers...especially Teacher Liz..."she wears gold shoes." Love to all...

Oregon Summer
Hanging out at the High Desert Museum.
Hey all! In the true Oregon spirit we have really been soaking up the outdoors. Hiking, biking and goofing around...wheeee! As you can see Mr. B man is loving it too. We recently went on an amazing hike in the Gorge and then went to Sunriver with the ladies. A jolly time was had by all! Oh and now I have a favor for you...could you please comment so I know you are out there! Thanks so much!

screech.....
screech...screech...that's the sound of me being rusty. I will try to make ammends by plastering this post with Bridger. I may be terrible...but he is lovable as all get out!
Bridger is doing very well. He has been loving bugs, baseball, and watering the garden. His sense of humor constantly amazes us...we have found ourselves laughing a lot more these days. I would honestly like to have most moments last twice as long. We are lucky, lucky, lucky (when the 3-year-old tantrum is at bay). Love to all and I will try to be better about posting.

Bridger-free...
We had such a nice day!!! Kyle and I went on a day date. We were gone from 9:30-5:00. The ladies graciously spent the day with Mr. B-man. I think he had just as wonderful of a time as we did. He was ready for bed by 7:30 tonight.
We went to the Japanese Gardens this morning. Most things were not in bloom but it was gorgeous anyway. Here are a few shots of the garden. Pretty much a Bridger-free post...
What can I say? I am my father's daughter...

Love and snow...
We had a fun and busy week at the French house. My son is coocoo for Valentine's day. So much so that he had to sleep with them that night.
Yesterday we went snowshoeing . It was awesome. It was so warm we ended up taking our coats off.
Yes Tara, I still have the sunglasses. The problem with buying the most ridiculous pair is that you end up looking like a goon because it is the only pair I have. Lovely!!!

It's raining, it's pouring....
Believe it or not it has been pretty rainy in lovely Portland lately. Because of this we are extremely grateful for all the places and activities that keep little buggers busy in the soppy winter months. Tuesday Bridger and I went to a new play park with our friends Ada and Nora and today we went to 100th Monkey Art Studio for a really neat art class. We made moon sand!

We had a fun Sunday!
Yesterday we went to the Adubon Society with the ladies. On the first Sunday of every month a bunch of talented muscicians get together to jam and play Bluegrass. Needless to say Bridger loved it! He joined the circle and made friends with a mandolinist.
A very interesting group! The older gentleman was my favorite! He really got into it...
